Caribbean Flank Steak
A marinated “Certified Angus” Flank Steak seasoned with jerk spices and grilled on an open flame. Served with braised mango, grilled sweet onion slice & yellow rice with black beans.
Caribbean Florida Lobster
A whole Florida Lobster stuffed with Homemade crabmeat stuffing, baked with plenty of sweet butter and topped with Mango & Vine Ripe Tomato braised in browned butter.
Cheddar Crusted Dolphin (Mahi-Mahi)
Fresh local filet wrapped in a cheddar cheese-bread crumb crust. Seared on a flat iron and served in sherry-sweet butter sauce.
